Role

The B2B Revenue Ops team is the bridge between Sales and Account Management teams, across geos Zego operates in (UK, Ireland, Spain, France…) and across the full customer lifecycle. Their focus is on driving growth through operational efficiency, delivering transversal projects that have a direct impact on the teams’ objectives (growth, renewals, risk management…) in close collaboration with wider teams (Insurance Operations, Finance, Engineering, Pricing, etc.) and maintaining a shared understanding and accountability of our KPIs and targets across the B2B team.

Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will be responsible for creating and implementing streamlined processes across sales and account management teams to improve B2B customer experience throughout the full lifecycle, as well as driving business analytics and data across the B2B department to make informed decisions and help team leaders achieve their targets.

Responsibilities

  • Launching all our new customer fleets in a timely manner while maintaining Zego’s commercial and underwriting standards
  • Leading key projects to improve our operational efficiency across Sales and Account Management
  • Creating and deploying key tools for the Sales and Account management team to constantly improve processes and efficiency
  • Delivering data-led insights and ownership of team KPIs, Targets and B2B Sales planning
  • Coaching and managing the team, adhoc training of other team members

Requirements

  • Experience leading and managing a a Revenue Ops team
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Success in this role will in large part be driven by your ability to connect and drive consensus
  • You have developed a strong business acumen and a data-driven approach
  • You have the ability to build a strategic vision in a given business area, and you can also deep dive in the specific details of a project when required
  • You have a proven track record for delivering results on large cross-functional and international projects and/or teams
  • You lead your team by example and deliver complex projects yourself while supporting your team in doing so
